The only one datepicker that I know that has l18n support is the one from ASP.NET AJAX Control Toolkit. Tho asp.net is server side, it uses JavaScript to change dynamic. You could use it as reference: http://www.asp.net/ajax/ajaxcontroltoolkit/Samples/Calendar/Calendar.aspx
