I am having trouble raising the bug. I have registered and loged in
but when ever I try and create a bug it comes up and says:
    "TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation
     Note: You must register and login in order to submit, edit, or
comment on a ticket."
Is there something I am doing wrong or perhaps you to create it?
