@THD : implementation is less relevant then idea and design concept.
If you need/want one js with your home-grown comments inside this is
OK. I can see this would be less time consuming and more manageable
then having a lot of little js files. One PHP (or ASPX) composer will
have no problems parsing this and composing jQuery "on-the-fly" for
the specific browser caller.

Ultimately this is for "the team" to decide on this one. Untill now,
we have not had any endorsement or the contrary, about this idea ?
