I was just playing with selector and tryied to cache the results and to do some benchmarks. The result is amazing.

If DOMNodeInserted and DOMNodeRemoved are still too havy, we could use just additional parameter (or something else) by the query e.g. jQuery ('selector', document, true) to define if the query can be cached or not.
