There have been various musings on the possibility of offering if-else methods in jQuery. I know from the archives and svn etc that there have been some great ideas and developments too, but they seem to have fizzled out for one reason or another. Is this type of functionality likely to be added one day or is there a technical or strategic reason for not adding it?
