Glen, thanks, but that misses the point -- I need to test for browsers that are not compatible with jQuery, so that I can forward them to a non-jQuery page. I can't use jQuery to do this testing, because those browsers aren't compatible with jQuery -- the browser would report script errors and/or stop loading the page before I could ever use jQuery to check!
