[jQuery] replace inside an attribute

hey, how can i replace a text inside an "onclick"? but only a part of it.. 
for example:

onclick="tb_show('vendornotes',VendorInfoID('3000'))";
will be like
onclick="tb_show('vendornotes',VendorInfoID('12345'))";
