Actually, it's a greasemonkey Scriptlet that simply checks for the existence of a jquery object, and if it finds one, creates a div displaying the jquery logo. Let me see if I can remember where I found it - or look at last week's discussions of sites powered by jQuery.

Rey posted about it about a week ago (Nov. 6, to be exact), look for the thread titled "jQuery Site Detection Greasemonkey Script".
