[jQuery] Using Jquery and ExtJS

Hi,

I was trying to learn how to use jquery and ExtJs by following the
tutorial on this page:
http://docs.jquery.com/Tutorials:Using_Ext_With_jQuery

but on the part where I click this link,

<a href="#" id="wheelink">Whee Click me Click me!</a>

the css is not taking its effect. I wonder if i have forgotten
something...

please help anybody...
