yeah, Microsoft doesn't even support it anymore. If you want to see
something hilarious, open the default start page, www.msn.com, in Mac
IE 5.2. :)

MacIE is not supported by jQuery or any of its plug-ins. I don't
think any modern JavaScript library supports it.
When building a mainstream web site (today) I'd be surprised to see
0.05% using MacIE. However, if your project has an education
audience you may need to support it -- school budgets, as they are,
often result in old computers/OSs still in use.
I had a housemate a few years ago who used an old clamshell laptop
and MacIE to surf the web. Even back then her web surfing was so
limited by the browser that it was painful to watch... she was non-
technical and that was *her* primary browser, so she didn't know any
different. One would hope times have changed...
Hopefully you can build your web site so it degrades gracefully. :)
Good luck,
Brian.

What percentage of your visitors use this browser? It's next to
nothing, is it not? Thickbox doesn't seem to work in this browser,
but if there's hardly anyone using this browser anymore I don't want
to worry about it...
