No mouse behavior (walk away from the 'hover' as mouseover - think 'hover' like spaceship over a house).
My orig post: Or more specifically, a swami/guru/magic person hovering in place with slight up/down/left/right motion. Floating might be a better concept. I want my logo (robot) to hover in a bounded box of space - slight motion left/right/up/down automatically (no mouse over - just all the time). Hover, float all have web-specific definitions, hence it's hard to search on for the more real-world ideas.
