sutra, I think they did that in Flash because if you right-click on the dropdown, or several places on the page for that matter, it gives you that context menu that says "Settings..." and below that "About Adobe Flash Player 9...". Also, www.telerik.com has some cool comboboxes that can do a LOT of stuff like that, for instance pulling in information from a database and sticking it in a combobox, displaying grid-like features in a combobox, displaying images in a combo; just different things like that. We use telerik stuff a lot. Awesome controls.
