Thanks for this. I played around and can't find any docs to explain it
specifically...

This is the code I'm working with:

$.tooltip = {
                blocked: false,
                defaults: {
                delay: 200,
                showURL: true,
                extraClass: "",
                top: -60,
                left: 15,
                id: "tooltip"
                },

Would this become:

$.tooltip = {
                blocked: false,
                defaults: {
                delay: 200,
                showURL: true,
                extraClass: "",
                top: $.browser.ie ? 100 : -60
                left: 15,
                id: "tooltip"
                },

Sorry for the confusion... I've looked at the syntax of javascript
before today...
