Thank you for your answer Jörn, i just added an "notequalTo" method
like;

                notequalTo: function(value, element, param) {
                        return value != $(param).val();
                }

and the corresponding message, it works like a charm. This password
quality 'plugin' is tested to be working with your validation ?
