Thank you for your reply Kean! I added the param vmode as transparent in the HTML, it seems to make it worse :( it seems make it blink for a fraction of a second!! <a href="http://www.timelessthinking.com/tester.php";>View this page in Firefox</a> and click on the "More options" text. You will see the Flash object appear (just appear) not slide in and it seems to flicker too!
