[jQuery] Encoding characters using load('file.html')

Subject: The best way to encode special caracters when requesting a
**HTML fragments**  using the jQuery method load().

There are tons of discussions on this subject but I didn't realize the
right
(best) way to go. Or how many ways ("bullet proof") are there?
