try adding this code ABOVE the $(document).ready(function() {..

var $k = JQuery.noConflict();

then replace all the jquery $ signs with $K

such has $k(document).ready(function() {
$('#today').toDate(); //This document.$k('#clock').JSClock(); //This
document.
$k('#duration').timePassed(); //This document.
$k('body').getBrowserInformation();

});
