[jQuery] Re: IE8 error: Invalid Argument

I ran the IE8 Dev Debugger and came across this: The error is "jscript
runtime error invalid argument"; and the code is "elem[ name ] =
value;" within my jquery-1.3.2.js file

Any help is appreciated.
