[jQuery] Refresh DIV with full page refresh

Hi All ,

How to refresh DIV , without refresh entire page,

Am having four DIV ,

DIV1,DIV2,DIV3,DIV4


I want to refresh only DIV! without affecting the DIV3,DIV4 ,
