[jQuery] Plug-in for elegant Horizontal Menu?

I stumbled over a very elegant way to select from a large item list on
http://siemens-home.com/  ("Choose your country"). Could anybody
direct me to a jquery plug-in? It would be great to replace my drop-
down menus with a more appealing menu. Thank you!
