I did the most stripping I could given time. Here's the result:
(Note: autoResize was not set.)
1. No CSS at all -- error appears.
2. Flora CSS with addClass('flora') -- error goes away.
3. No Flora, but using 'dots' themeroller CSS -- error appears.
Then, setting autoResize to false, dots & flora worked fine! So that's
something to debug from.
Many thanks, at least I can push-on from here.
The second bug in my OP (ie6 and the dialog close button) is something that I
hope I can hack via css.
