By the way I understand it (I've yet to download 1.6b... I started my project on 1.5, and while it really wouldn't do anything to change I'm paranoid that one little thing might break, so I'm sticking to 1.5) the code of that plugin has just been rewritten to be based on the core UI elements. Implementation should be the same as before.
