Same here.

Tested with FF3 and IE7 on
http://ui.jquery.com/repository/latest/demos/functional/#ui.datepicker

Click on day names to select fist day of a week.
- When weeks begin on Sunday, the date is shifted (ie. Nov 16, 2008 is
displayed as Monday, whereas it is actually Sunday).
- When weeks begin on any other day, display is OK and Nov 16, 2008 is
Sunday.
