You should check out UI.Layout at http://layout.jquery-dev.net
UI.Layout is an 'application shell' similar to the extJS borderLayout, but faster and more versatile. It is NOT an all-in-one collection of widgets, because it's intended to be used with jQuery widgets (accordions, tabs, draggables, etc) to create rich multi-panel app layouts. There are a few demos - http://layout.jquery-dev.net/demos.html - but no one has built a full-blown app or nice theme yet - its only been available for a week. I'll be using it for my own project, but won't get to that part for a month or two.
