It would seem to me that automatically resizing and repositioning a dialog
would be just as bad as automatically resizing and repositioning a browser
window. As an analog, that's the UI element/experience we're replicating - a
desktop application window. Are they ever automatically sized/positioned
base on content? Sure. Is it the norm/default mode? No. So it shouldn't be
built in. But we provide enough hooks you can do the same on your own in
these special cases.
