It would help if you could provide a sample page or a pastie of the code you're using, so we can see what you're seeing. Also, when you say latest versions of jQuery and UI do you mean jQuery 1.3? jQuery UI 1.5.3 (the latest stable version)? jQuery UI 1.6rc5 (the latest preview release)? Theming is quite different between 1.5 and 1.6, and ThemeRoller can generate themes for both. I just want to make sure you have matching versions of all three - jQuery, UI, theme.
