That's correct. There are two scenarios we currently support

Scenario 1
jQuery: 1.2.6
jQuery UI: 1.5.3 (latest stable release)
ThemeRoller theme: 1.5 theme (download link at bottom of left nav)

Scenario 2
jQuery: 1.3 (latest stable release)
jQuery UI: 1.6rc5
ThemeRoller theme: 1.6rc5 theme (default download link at top of left nav)

When we reach 1.6 final at the end of this week it will be a little smoother
in that our latest stable release will be compatible with the latest stable
release of jQuery. ThemeRoller will continue to serve 1.6 themes by default,
but provide a link to 1.5.3 themes, for those still using 1.5.
