If you set the font-size on the body to 62.5% then inside the whole page 1.3em = 13px, 1.1em = 11px, etc. If you don't want to go this route, you can switch to pixel font sizes before you download your ThemeRoller theme. This was necessary to fix some animation issues. In order to make the animation smooth, we needed an additional element, and neither <dl> not <ul> allow for that. We realize this has a big impact, and we're trying to see if we can support both somehow.
