Thanks John The readme file is a good idea. We used to have that in the comment but removed it with the framework. Theming API link from TR is another good idea.
Could you clarify on the bold text suggestion? We currently use it on clickable elements and header container text. It does propagate across all widgets but won't affect content areas. Air app is probably not going to happen because it would need to use the live site for PHP image processing and such, but we have considered it. We'll be releasing a theming tool shortly that will make using the theming API on non-ui plugins entirely easier.
