By this, I simply meant to stop using them. This morning, I rebooted my computer and the problem kind of disappeared. The time to display a dialog is now stable at 400ms in IE7. And I am once again using live events (strangely, they no longer seem to make much of a difference). It is just bearable... so I am not giving up no the jQuery UI dialogs for now. Still, shouldn't someone look into what causes IE7 to take 400 ms where the others take between 10 and 50 ms?? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "jQuery UI" group.
