That's what I would recommend as well (use CSS to hide the titlebar). If you
really want to hack the js, you can grab the development bundle here:

http://jquery-ui.googlecode.com/files/jquery-ui-1.7.zip

which contains the individual dialog file, ui.dialog.js. Another way to get
the same:

http://jquery-ui.googlecode.com/svn/tags/1.7/ui/
