I was actually thinking about this last night.. You can apply ui- state-default and a lot of the other classes. It's just a matter of molding your HTML and the Framework together. You can always take CSS rules from a given class and apply them to your own HTML to 'match' everything. This might involve some background repositioning but nothing to hard. I think I'll probably look into this in the near future.
