Okay I'm a little dense, I just discovered the dialog's zIndex option.

But it still isn't working properly; if I set my dialog's z-index to
100 and set the Superfish div's z-index to 9999, the superfish menu
flyouts still don't appear over the top of the dialog window.

Any experience that might help me understand better?
