Just one last issue now. In IE7, when you Mouse Over the Tab links, it break the layout. Specifically it seems to be adding some bottom padding/margining to the bottom of the navigation list. I'm linking to the default UI CSS theme and I don't think my main style sheet is interfering with it so I'm clueless at this point. Thanks the help!
