Try using class on the input's, because you can have only one id.

Ex:

<html>
        <head>
                <meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html;
charset=utf-8">
                <title>date</title>
                <link rel='stylesheet' href="jquery-
ui-1.7.2.custom.css" type="text/
css"/>
                <script language="JavaScript"
src="jquery-1.3.2.min.js"></script>
        <script language="JavaScript" src="jquery-
ui-1.7.2.custom.min.js"></script>
                <script type="text/javascript">
                        $(function() {
                                $(".datepicker").datepicker();
                        });
                </script>
        </head>
        <body>
                <div>
                <p>From Date: <input type="text" class="datepicker"></
p>
                <p>To Date: <input type="text" class="datepicker"></
p>
                </div>
        </body>
</html>
