Scott, If you have built a test for this widget extension try scrolling the containing page down and then resizing the "sticky" dialog. Without the $(window).scrollLeft / Top adjustments the dialog "jumps" down off the bottom of the page. That's why the resizeStart saves the location irrespective of the scroll. Quite tricky stuff and I'm not sure why all these things happen, but I have accounted for them.
