Thanks for this. I noticed the same problem with accordions in IE6, very frustrating and I didn't want to use autoHeight:false...
I hope the fix makes it into subsequent versions of jqueryui. As a side-note, the invisible content (I had tables within accordions which weren't displaying) DID appear on mouseover of another heading element. e.g. open accordion 2 > flash of content, then invisible > mouseover heading 1 > no change > mouseover heading 3 > content of accordion 2 appears! All solved now with that fix though, so thanks again SNelson for finding out and posting back! Appreciated!
