I though I wrote it, but it looks like I thought that I did. Other browsers, including IE6 render a movement much better, well, it still is not smooth enough, but at least content keeps it's boundaries. Again try to load the same Dialog UI in IE6, or IE7, or Opera, or Chrome, or Safari and you should see what I mean.
