Ok, for closure here, I got the rest of it. After using activate to open the section as above, I found I can use the ScrollTo plugin to scroll to the element I want. Usage for me is like: $ (document.getElementById('anchor2_17').parentNode).scrollTo ( document.getElementById('anchor2_17'));
Now to implement it "for real"...
