I believe I've found a bug in the accordion with jQuery UI 1.7.2 where the accordion will not expand if fillspace is set to true in IE7.
I am also getting a bug from this in IE6, but in this case the height for each element is way too large, and the child of the first accordion element is so tall that it displaces the display of other elements.
