Hi there, I don't like to answer my own postings, but here we go ... ... downgraded IE8 to IE7 ... same sh*t! ... downgraded IE7 to IE6 ... all fine! (!!!) So, had a look at my logs and I used a suite for all IE-versions (starting on IE3 up to 7) ... I guess this "simulation" was the reason ... unfortunately I'm coding right now everything fine on IE6 ... after that, upgrade to IE7 and check source ... and so on!
