  It depends on how we incorporate it.  I would say go for it and we
will figure this part out after something is working.

  We include BSF in our distribution which is apache licensed and it is 
no big deal since we include their license and BSF only breaks JRuby if
you try and use BSF features.  JRuby would have to work the same way
with JYAML.
