Putting the JDBC drivers on the classpath causes the failures I
listed before. Specifically, the migrations coming out of AR-JDBC
seem to want to say
CREATE TABLE entries (id primary_key, ...)
I don't think that primary_key syntax is legal -- the mysql command
line tool doesn't like it either.
