So maybe your servlets are hanging because of a thread deadlock in them or
in your JDBC driver or something else.  Maybe they're hanging because the
network went down.  Who knows?  You need more info.

Are these servlets called from CF?  Do you have any exceptions in the JRun
error logs?  Can you get a stack trace from the JRun JVM before you restart
JRun?
