The only issues I can think of for an incident like this are:

1. Make sure you didn't install JRun into a directory whose path includes any
spaces.

2. Make sure you didn't install JRun into a path whose length exceeds 30 chars.

Other than those two things, I would suspect "this specific server."

Sorry people, I've asked this question previously, but didn't get to read the
replies.  It's become a problem again.

When I install jrun 2.3.3 from the CD on to this specific server, the connector
configuration doesn't run.  It requires manual setting up of properties files.
It has caused problems and I've checked the installation against that of a
successful install on another NT server and cannot find any difference.
The problem caused is that sometimes Jrun will start normally, but more often
than not, the jrun will not start at all.

I'd like to be able to run the installation correctly from start to finish so I
dont' have to worry about the set of the connectors.  If anyone has any insight
into this problem please let me know.
