I am trying to use Jrun.exe to run my app, but even though I put the jar
file in the classpath properties
for Jrun,Java (and everything else in sight) in the global and local
properties files,
Jrun.exe cannot find the servlet. It does start, I can run the demo, I turn
logging on to
debug level and the classpath is reported correctly, but it can't find the
bloody servlet.

If I set up my environment CLASSPATH to include the jar file containing the
servlet (as well as
other goodies) and run "jview /vst JRun -start
%JRUN_HOME%/servers/default", it works perfectly.

Jrun.exe looks like it's just a wrapper that runs the above command.

My conclusion. There's no sane reason Jrun.exe shouldn't work if running
jview directly works
unless it's got a bug that doesn't propagate the classpath even though it
makes you think it
will by displaying it in the debug logging.

Any ideas?
