Dan,
We had exactly the same situation, and found that the problem was to do with
the configuration of the amount of memory of the JVM within JRUN. In
setting up JRUN make the following properties setting:
jsm.properties: java.args=-mx256m
This sets the JVM memory allocated to 256mb. It solved our problems.
Hope this helps
Cheers
Scott

Subject: Jrun Stopping
We are running Jrun 2.33 on Solaris 2.6 and we are experiencing Jrun
shutting down throughout the day (4-5 times) on our dev server. We do have
errors (null pointer exceptions) in the jse log as a result of code we are
fixing, would this take down the server? Are there other logs besides the
jsm-default logs and jse logs that would give us insight?
Any thoughts on what might cause this issue?
