We had a server crash the other day and in trying to track down the cause we
found that our JDBC connecting is writing errors to the Admin Error log.
We are running JRun 3 Professional, JDK 1.3 (also had the same problem with
1.2.2), and the JDBC is connecting to an Oracle 8 Database.
Everytime I test the JDBC datasource connection it is successfull, but it
writes the error "EJB support is only available with the Enterprise Edition
of JRun." twice to the error log, and when I go in to edit the link and
cancel the edit I get the same error 5 times!
The twist is that the JDBC datasource works....it pulls the data correctly
when it is used. I just want to be sure this isn't what killed the server
and would like to know why that error is happening.

Any ideas? Has anyone seen this before?
