I would recommend reading the regular (as opposed to the Advanced) Setup Guide
for now, and read the first couple chapters of of the huge Developing
Applications with JRun.

If you could point to a place in the documentation where we are unclear about
how to set up JRun with a Web server, how to run or request a servlet, or where
to put your JSPs and servlets, it would be easier for us to clarify, I think.
But I think all those topics are covered in pretty good detail.
