Did you restart IIS admin service after you installed the filter?
Are you having problems accessing JSPs via the default-app or via another app?
By default the default-app is pre-configured to use the Web server root (which
is non-standard as far as Servlet 2.2 Web apps go). If the default app doesn't
work, it's a problem. If it's an app you created, it's expected, unless you set
the right property to map the apps docroot to the Web server.
You mention changing some ports. The proxyport in Inetpub\scripts\jrun.ini must
match the jcp.endpoint.main.port property in the default server's
local.properties.
Some error messages or log errors will help debug the problem.
